    The water tower Bergheim was built in 1908 as a storage tower to the waterworks of the municipality Hochemmerich. It was in operation until 1996 and has been a listed building since 1990. The height of the tower is 50 meters. The diameter at the bottom measures 12 meters and tapers to about half of the support of the ball container. The spherical container of the company Klönne, Dortmund, has a diameter of about 9.20 meters and holds 3,000 cubic meters of water. The tower is made of brickwork and contains 7 floors.
