The worst place of the whole route, maybe in early spring and normal, but in summer - it's tough. The grass is waist-deep, horseflies stick around you like mosquitoes in a swamp, but they bite quite unpleasantly .... On the plus side, there is a path that is hard and rolling enough even for my slick rubber. But I recommend avoiding this segment in every possible way.
