The B&B Barlatay in Allières comes highly recommended. Hospitable, beautifully renovated house in 2016, wonderfully quiet and yet conveniently located near the train station. You can get to Montreux by train in just over 30 minutes. There are two small apartments and a multi-bed room with approx. 10 beds. gite-du-barlatay.ch
