The market town of Middleham's cobbled streets, charming tearooms and interesting galleries are the perfect end to a day rambling in the Yorkshire Dales. Nestled between the Rivers Ure and Cover, the town is home to Middleham Castle, which boasts the largest castle keep in the North of England. From the castle, you can gain wonderful views of Wensleydale and beyond.
The town is the end point of the superb Six Dales Trail, which begins in Otley. There are plenty of places to celebrate finishing the walk and various accommodation options.
