Capo Cervo

Second of the three leaders of the Milano-Sanremo (Mele, Cervo and Berta), this hill marks the arrival of the Classicissima in the province of Imperia. Cervo, in fact, is a town with a thousand inhabitants bathed by the stream of the same name.

Great and idyllic place above. To reach with the wheel laboriously. The place is better then on foot.

The territory of Cervo is located in the final stretch of the Cervo torrent, along the Steria valley which is circumscribed, to the north and east, by the valley of the Merula torrent, in the province of Savona, and by the Evigno basin along the opposite slope. Together with seven other municipalities, it is included in the area of the Gulf of Dianese.
The historic core of Cervia, completely renovated while preserving the original characteristics of the village, stands on the slopes of the hills facing the sea. Between the hills Colle di Cervo (324 m) and Colle Castellareto (211 m).
