Hiking

The Stoamandlweg is a beautiful mountain path that offers many great views. It is not too difficult to walk and after the last stretch up to the Wimbachkopf there is a fantastic panoramic view. The great summit cross alone is worth climbing here. After a short descent you come to the Wedelhütte, where you can take a well-deserved rest.

Panoramic - this word best describes the route. As a link between the Kristallhütte and Wedelhütte, it is lined with numerous “Stoamandln” that give the path its name. These are stacked stones, i.e. stone towers that hikers leave behind. Maybe your Stoamandl will be there soon too?
