The villa of the noblewoman Foscarini has been reported since 17 March 1778 in a regulation project for the Muson stream and the Musonello canal in the territory of Castello di Godego. In the 19th century the owner, a general of Garibaldi's army, whose name has not been traced, decided to name the villa after the town of the hero of the two worlds. Subsequently, the Bassanese road, built in 1830, which connects Bassano to Castelfranco Veneto, also took the name of the villa, maintaining it to this day.

When you least expect it, this wonderful Venetian villa appears along the Muson cycle path, which amazes with its colorful and well-kept garden and the sumptuousness of the villa itself.
