Hiking
Middagstinden is a great hike but be prepared there are some scrambles (I would estimate a grade 2 (on the BMC scale)) we had to remove our big hiking packs to descend it. The hardest section is in the descent when heading north (if you are walking south to north you will climb down this scramble, north to south you climb up the scramble)
