    From Castelnuovo Nigra you go up to Pian delle Nere, about 5.5 km of ascent with 530 meters of difference in height.

    Some stretches of challenging slopes, especially the first stretch that detaches from the town of Castelnuovo.

    Asphalt a little damaged at times, but it is more of a nuisance for the descent. Picnic area at the top, with a very suggestive view of Quinseina and the plain below, with a view that sweeps up to Monviso.
