Innovation, respect for nature and passion for production are the ingredients from which the first Vully rice was born.
Cultivated on the banks of the Broye Canal between Lake Murten and Lake Neuchâtel, rice is a new crop that we are trying to establish on the north side of the Alps. Climate change is forcing us producers to adapt and find new crops that will be adapted to tomorrow's conditions.
