The church of Sant Andreu de Palomar is located in the Sant Andreu de Palomar district, today included in the Sant Andreu district of Barcelona. The temple was built in the late nineteenth century. In 1991 he received the Creu de Sant Jordi together with the Casa Asil de Sant Andreu, created in 1866 and linked to the parish.
