Larochette Castle
The castle overlooks the picturesque village of Larochette and gives it a very special character. The first buildings in the village date from the 11th century and are located on a promontory made of Luxembourg sandstone and tower about 50 meters above the valley of the Ernz Blanche, a tributary of the Sauer. A fire in 1565 left all the buildings on the site in ruins. The house in Créhange is the only one that was consistently restored in the 1980s.
