Amazing historical hotel in Hico with a great restaurant and bar. Jennifer (the owner) loves cyclists and let us store our bikes downstairs and was so nice!

The Midland Hotel houses 14 rooms, 13 upstairs and 1 ADA approved room downstairs. Each room has a private bath with a tub & shower. All rooms include coffee makers, TV and guest WiFi to make your stay comfortable.

Each room is individually designed with a historical flare centering on the history of Hico around the early 1900. Think of the Midland Hotel like a story book, and each room a new chapter.

Big names of the gravel cycling world will descend on Hico every May for the Gravel Locos race. A room at the Midland will be like gold dust! If you stay here at other times of the year, make sure to take your gravel bike and ride some of the trails!
