Mountain Biking Highlight (Segment)
Super root path and various different information sections on climate and energy as well as the history in the Söhre. Technically not extremely demanding but not boring either.

Boredom does not come here for sure. The stopovers, where you can expand your own knowledge of wind turbines, sometimes also offers fun climbing experiences!
July 23, 2018
Unfortunately currently neither navigable nor well walkable, because some trees are on the way and between the trail is hard to find, because no longer runs or drives there.
June 8, 2019
The trail is passable, but you first have to find the entrance, as this can hardly be recognized by forestry work. If you follow the yellow sprayed-on wind turbines on trees or stumps, you will find the entry point at some point. Otherwise nice to drive.

Update 02/06/2022:
Was there again the day before and the tree can still be found half uprooted.WARNING: At the moment there is a danger of being hit by an uprooted tree.
Currently, this tree relies mainly on just one or two of its neighbors. If he were to lose his footing he would fall straight down the trail. Anyone who comes to this point from the south can easily overlook this and, if the worst comes to the worst, would have the misfortune that this tree might fall directly on their head.Today, one day after the last strong wind on 10/22/21, I rode this trail and found it like this.
I'll try to alert the local forester to keep this warning up to date and remove/replace it when it's no longer needed.
