The core of the hall church is of Romanesque origin. It has a recessed, square choir tower and an apse with a dome. The exterior of the church is characterized by various renovations. The top floor of the tower is octagonal. The curved, slate-covered hood was erected on top of this in 1822 and 1853/54. There are late Gothic windows on the south side of the choir. The nave is covered with a gable roof.
