The village church, the Catholic parish church of St. Andreas, is in Egerndach. It was first mentioned in a document in 1260, but its origins are completely obscure. Today's Gothic building dates from the second half of the 15th century. It is a wide, light church interior with numerous remarkable pieces of furnishings. The late Gothic net vault has been preserved in the choir. The arched portal and an apse window are also from the Gothic period. The current interior comes from the Baroque era and was added to the church after renovations in 1867 and 1895.
