Why just climb mountains? What makes the charm to drag yourself up? Is it because of the view?
Yes, exactly, because of the view! Also, because it's nice to arrive at the top. And if there is an inn, it is even more beautiful. Both are given on top of the Hörnli.

When the weather is nice you have a great view of the Alpine chain from Pilatus to Säntis.

The view up here is great and in addition to the inn, there is also Bänkli up here and a barbecue where you can eat.

Depending on the weather in summer and winter, you can often find a great atmosphere on the Hörnli, great photos :-)

One of the most beautiful vantage points in the Zurich Oberland, especially in the winter months, if the Unterland is under a sea of fog.
