Road cycling
Very good bike path. Smooth asphalt, strongly separated from cars (screens), wide, nice views, few intersections with roads. Unfortunately, it starts a bit nowhere and stops at Brzeg Dolny. Towards Wrocław / Miękinia, there is also no continuation - there is a downhill ride to Mrozów or Białków.

Quite long (10km or so) cycle path along highway; divided by a sound absorbing wall; very good surface for every kind of bike; view on fields on the side
