Pista Ciclopedonale Maremonti

This cycle path is the best way to experience the Ligurian coast. The various galleries have windows and glimpses of the sea, many people play sports, there are villages full of bars: a little paradise.

A beautiful bike path that offers additional cooling in the summer heat. If you have found the path that continues behind the train station in Framura, you will be rewarded with 2 very beautiful bathing bays.

If one should start from Framura at the station one must first find the way at which the Radfernweg goes off. Keep left before the station building and go down the steep stairs. Pass the boats and then keep left. There is a lift on the left (easy to miss), go up and then head towards Bonassola

Rent the bikes at the bike shop in Levanto. The in Framura do not look so good and well maintained.

Very impressive and not to be missed if you are nearby. It is an excellent shelter from the summer heat.
As it is a cycle path, inside the tunnel there is a pedestrian / bicycle separation, but being frequented by runners and walkers, you must always be careful

The bicycle-pedestrian Maremonti is a route in the province of La Spezia between Levanto and Framura for about 5.5 kilometers, most of them in the gallery, with a slight trend, flat and scenic.

Don't loose the chance to admire the sea between the tunnels!

beautiful ride .... a bit short but suggestive ... while you are there there is also a panoramic ride in the high ground above Levanto .... all asphalted and with nice hairpin bends but there is to pedal uphill to enjoy the descent
