Rohrbach is a village in the Lower Franconian district of Main-Spessart. 443 inhabitants live in the village (as of January 1, 2023). It is part of the town of Karlstadt.

The townscape is dominated by the tower of the parish church of St. Valentin, which was built between 1776 and 1778 under Prince-Bishop Adam Friedrich von Seinsheim according to plans by the Würzburg court architect Johann Philipp Geigel. Interior design from 1789 by court sculptor Johann Peter Wagner. The Franconian Marienweg runs through Rohrbach.

Rohrbach station on the Hanover-Würzburg high-speed railway line, designed as a passing station and junction station, bears the name of the village. Trains from and towards Frankfurt am Main reach the high-speed line coming from Hanover to Würzburg via the Nantenbach curve that joins here.

Rohrbach was first mentioned in a document by Pope Lucius III. from May 1, 1182. In 1342 Rohrbach is mentioned as part of the mother parish of Karlburg.

On May 1, 1978, the previously independent community of Rohrbach was incorporated into the district town of Karlstadt as part of the regional reform in Bavaria.
