Tips
The Sauteich got its name from the Saubach, which runs through this area. There is a raft slide near the Sauteich and is reminiscent of traditional rafting. Not far away, an information board reminds you of the former Saubach houses where the raftsmen used to live. The small lake, which shimmers red due to its high iron content, is a beautiful destination for hikers and cyclists. It is located in a water protection area, so bathing is prohibited.
