The Ruidera Lakes are one of the most spectacular natural landscapes in Castilla-La Mancha, located between Ciudad Real and Albacete, and form part of the Ruidera Lakes Natural Park.
A group of 15 stepped lakes connected by waterfalls and streams, stretching for 25 km in the Upper Guadiana Valley.

They are considered the source of the Guadiana River.

an indescribably beautiful lagoon landscape, cheesy turquoise and azure, depending on the position of the sun. originated by sediments and rinses of the Rio Guadiana from a catchment area of 2700 km2. Ruidera is derived from the word 'Ruido', noise, noise, noise. When the falls fall from one lagoon to the other, they make a lot of noise. All around dried-up, completely parched and burned land. in between this incredible natural landscape. What luck to be able to experience something like this with the bikes !!!
