The following is engraved on a plaque: "TITA SECCHI Partisan of the Fiamme Verdi, 16-06-1915 16-09-1944. Captured with his group near the Corna Blacca, he was taken to Brescia and imprisoned. Sentenced to death, he alone could have saved himself on payment of a large ransom: his answer was "all or none" and, at dawn on 16 September 1944, he was shot with a his companions."
