The brewery in Teisendorf was first mentioned in documents as early as 1666. The brewery has been owned by the Wieninger family since 1813. Every Wednesday at eleven o'clock (except on public holidays), Wieninger offers a brewery tour with Zwickl beer tasting. The tour lasts about one and a half hours and costs eight euros for adults, children up to sixteen years pay four euros. (As of 2020)

350 years ago, the private brewery Wieninger was mentioned for the first time in a document, at that time as Hofpruyhaus Deisendorf of the Salzburg archbishops. In the last 200 years, it has grown for seven generations as a small, fine family brewery. More about the brewery you can read here: wieninger.de. Guided tours are available every Wednesday at 11am, adults pay 8 Euro (the price includes one drink and one pretzel).
