Tips
The Holzbergtrail starts at the lookout point of the Totengrund and runs west. It starts easy and flowig and flows first into a small uphill section. Then it goes downhill again down to a root passage which also goes uphill. With the right technology, you can make the climb without stopping. After a short flat stretch, it goes steeply full throttle over coarse gravel, again roots over which you can sweep away for the most part. Once at the bottom you go through a sharp left turn with a descent to a paved road that either brings you back to Wilsede or to the edge of the NSG. Have fun!
