Located on the top of a hill, outside the settlement of Gorjani Sutinski, the largest Gothic church in Hrvatsko Zagorje has retained almost its original size to this day. It consists of the volume of the sacristy, the sanctuary and the nave, and the bell tower on the north side. The sanctuary was reinforced with buttresses, and was originally vaulted with a cross-ribbed vault. In the nave the church had a tabula and an older, wooden, painted choir. It belonged to the Pauline monastery in Lepoglava. In the second half of the 18th century, the church received a baroque vault in the nave, a choir, a southern sacristy and altars. Given the devastation in II. World War II, of the few remaining inventories, the Gothic statue of the Madonna is of particular value.
