Unfortunately, the view is somewhat restricted by beech hedges. If you come during the opening hours of the museum, you can climb the castle wall and the tower for €0.50. The view should be a lot better there. The courtyard is freely accessible. There is a restaurant inside and a drinks kiosk outside, which was pretty well attended on my tour.
