Just outside the Bitonto wood, you arrive at the beautiful masseria with jazzo Pietre Tagliate whose name derives from the surrounding rocks that seem to have been forged by the water. The farm is a typical example of rural architecture related to transhumance. The complex structure immersed in the Murgian ecosystem is made up of the masseria, the jazzi, the swimming pool and the completely intact milking machine.
