good gravel road with pretty steep parts to max of 23% for a 200m and nice waterfalls along the roadside, and some snow on the top parts

Very nice side road over the Öxipass. Quite steep in places and therefore challenging. But never really difficult - and much less traffic than on the Ringstrasse.
