From here you can only continue east on foot. The walk through the dune valleys or along the north beach takes a good one and a half hours to the east end.

Up to this parking lot and then the bike is over, at least in the east (Ostend & Wreck). Various signs indicate this. Park your bike and walk about 15 minutes to the beach, it's definitely worth it! The rest...as far as your feet will take you.
