This bunker complex was constructed by the Germans as defense against a possible invasion from the sea. After the war, most bunkers disappeared under the sand, overgrown by brambles. A group of volunteers excavated the complex a few years ago, resulting in a walking route of approximately one kilometer along the various bunkers.
