Engeweiher

The Engeweiher, also called Engiweier, is located in the area of the city of Schaffhausen at an altitude of 544 meters above sea level.

The artificially created pond was the first pumped storage plant in Switzerland in 1907 and was practically created by hand at the time.

At the Engeweiher there is a covered seating area with a barbecue area and a children's playground. The area around the Schaffhauser Weiher is often used today for various leisure activities such as walking or jogging.

Located next to Forstgarten with adventure playground.
