MTB Zone Bikepark Willingen

Willingen is home to one of the oldest bike parks in the Sauerland! The legendary bike festival takes place here every year and numerous downhill races, including a World Cup, have been held here.
A lot has happened here in recent years: a new, fast lift has been built, the routes have been revised, maintained or completely rebuilt. There is a lot on offer here for downhill riders, but also for beginners and families. Willingen itself is well prepared for (bike) vacationers. Here you will find plenty of accommodation, restaurants and shopping opportunities. If you prefer it quieter, there are also enough vacation apartments or guest houses outside of the town. Willingen is not only popular with bikers: on Father's Day, for example, Willingen is a popular destination for party tourists, who then also populate the lift and the hut at the mountain station.
