    Riding from East to West, this segment starts with a fierce climb before levelling off. You then have another wild climb on a beautiful road towards Llanwonno. From here, the track is more undulating with the exception of some small rises near Lluest-Wen Reservoir.

    More than passable on 28mm tyres for the majority of the trail, though there are a few spicy descents that are best approached with caution.
