Hiking
The easiest way to get the bus to Tarrafal is from the market in Assomada. Before you jump in, however, you should take a look at this small market. Everyone tries to sell something: bananas, oranges, fish, sacks of grain, rice, sweets, onions, potatoes, towels and drinking water in a cup (from which everyone can drink). Life is Beautiful.
