Great sports hotel - clear recommendation
Sensational weight room, Olympic pool & general sports facilities. The racing bikes are also well maintained. The food is geared towards athletes and very tasty, e.g. with fresh smoothies, a large cereal buffet, various types of milk and yoghurt, fresh dark (grain) bread. Even the coffee at the buffet is comparatively good. The staff is very attentive and friendly. Beautiful rooms with a balcony overlooking a well-kept garden and a bathroom with a window. Small shop on the hotel grounds, 2 washing machines & 2 dryers for €3 each/wash/dry cycle.

Nice ride on smooth tarmac. Some hills and lots of wind. Found a water tap by the church in Tesejerague which was a nice boon.
