Mountain biking
Chapel founded in 1870. Located on one of the many "hollow roads" typical of the Kempische Heuvelrug on the side of the Netevallei. Initially, they were common footpaths connecting the hamlets of the village. People, cows, horses and carts loosened the upper layers of soil with their spurs ever deeper and deeper. Wind and rain blew and washed the loose sand further and further away. In the walls of this hollow road we find rusty layers of iron sandstone that still contain fossils of shells and other prehistoric sea creatures.
