The Fürstenberg Stadium, built in 1928, was the home ground of the legendary Emscher Hussars of STV Horst-Emscher.
After the club was dissolved, it is now used by BV Horst-Süd 1962 and the American footballers of the AFC Gelsenkirchen Devils.
