The Estela de Luz is a very popular meeting point for cyclists. It is located right at the entrance of the 1st Section of the Chapultepec Forest (entrance of the Lions).

The monument is not very beautiful, but you have a nice view of the Chapultepec Castle and beautiful sunrises over Paseo de la Reforma.
