The monument isn't particularly beautiful, but it offers a lovely view of Chapultepec Castle and stunning sunrises over Paseo de la Reforma.
The Estela de Luz is a popular meeting point for cyclists and walkers. It's located right at the entrance to the first section of Chapultepec Forest (the Lions' Entrance).
