Strashimirovo swamp (Yatata, Aladansko swamp) is a protected area located on the southern shore of the navigable canal connecting Varna and Beloslav lakes, 1 km east of Beloslav and south of the village of Strashimirovo.
The surrounding pastures, hills with low rock crowns and a small valley in its southern part also belong to the place. The place is a mosaic of various habitats, the most characteristic being the swampy areas. The area has been declared protected in order to preserve the natural habitats of rare and protected birds. The species diversity is of ornological interest and allows to offer a specialized ecotourism product.
