Malo Kladivo (2,036 m)

Malo Kladivo is an indistinct peak just before Veliki Kladivo. You could also call it the pre-peak of the Big Hammer. We climb it mainly because of the beautiful view of Velika Kladiva or because we want to avoid the crowds that are common in the higher neighbor. From Mali Kladivo, the views open up mainly to the western part of Košuta with Veliki vrh and Košutica, and further on to Vrtača and Begunjščica. Towards the south there is a view of the highest peaks of the Kamnik-Savinja Alps, especially Kočna, and to the east to the somewhat hidden Olševa and Peca in the background. The view of Austrian Carinthia is extraordinary. Malo Kladivo is located in the region of Gorenjska, Bovška and Koroška, narrower in the Karavanke subregion and even narrower in the Western Karavanke subregion. The top does not have a stamp and registration box.
