Around the St. Salvator Chapel, popularly known as the Chapel of Nijhoven, is a prayer garden as an oasis of peace and greenery between old trees. The restored sculpture groups of the Way of the Cross depicting the Passion of Jesus, the Seven Sorrows and the Five Secrets, evoke nostalgic memories of times gone by for many.
