The Neparmitz estate has had many owners over the centuries. These included Mr. von Rade in 1495, the von Ahnen family in 1558, the von Oernstjerna family in 1648, the von Bugenhagen family in 1730, the von Usedom family in 1745, the von Smiterlöw family in 1784 and Ehrenfried Gustav Holz in 1856.
The manor house in the Tudor Gothic style was built in the mid-19th century and rebuilt in the 20th century. The last owner, Günter Wahnschaffe, was expropriated as part of the land reform after 1945.
