In the years 1846-50 the stone Landgrave Bridge replaced the old Nahe overpass; The railway age began here in 1859, especially when the Glanal Railway, the so-called "Strategic Railway", ran up here from 1896. After the Second World War, as everywhere else, agriculture that had prevailed up to that point declined; Today Staudernheim is more of a residential community, from which many citizens drive to work in other places every day.
