"The mill wheel is a so-called 'Dutch wheel,' reconstructed based on a postcard from around 1900 by a company specializing in this field from Thuringia." The reconstruction, carried out in the traditional style, is actually practical: A turbine inside the mill generates enough electricity to supply hot water to the entire main building.
