This beautiful mosaic was originally designed by children from St Phillip's School in 1992. However, after years of weather damage, it was restored to its former glory in 2011 by the Friends of Islington Park. Fittingly, they were assisted by the original pupils, now adults, and their children, making it a work of generations.
