The trail called Jägerweg was once used by miners. They used it to shorten the route to their workplace when they were working in the rear part of the mine. Instead of walking underground through the long, branching tunnel system, they got to the mining site more quickly by going around the outside and over the Röschen on Jägerweg. At the start of their shift, the miners put on their work clothes in the Feggendorf mine house, equipped themselves with miner's lamps and tools, and walked along Jägerweg to the mouth of the Röschen.

Nordic walking

It is a very natural but beautiful hillside path with interesting views down the hill. In summer it is partly overgrown (keyword thorns), so long trousers are recommended. In spring, however, it can be used without any major problems.
