This is the best bike shop I have found in Turkey so far. I needed new coats for my tires, which were not only in stock (very rarely the case), but were also replaced immediately. As a foreign cyclist, you also get a few gifts, e.g. a bicycle tire insert, a buff cloth, a few extra spokes and a repair kit for broken tires.
