Mountain biking
Small, very naturally kept reservoir. Invites you to linger.
The retention basin on the Schwarzwasserlauf above Karlsdorf was built in 1961 due to severe floods in 1951 and 1958.
The reservoir is very popular with anglers.
There is also a very nice hiking trail on the shore of the lake that also leads over other old dams to Demitz Thumitz.
Fishing is allowed (also night fishing)
There are eel, perch, pike, carp, rainbow trout and pikeperch
