Tips
Insured via ferrata (up to difficulty B) via Ampferstein and Marchreisenspitze (Topo can be googled quickly). Can be accessed via the Axamer Lizum or directly from Fulpmes. Should be committed only in good conditions due to the length and the exposure. In particular, when climbing the Marchreisenspitze there is a risk of falling rocks, so a helmet is recommended.

beautiful, easy climb (rated according to AV A / B) - Ampferstein and Marchreisenspitze can be combined so beautifully. Also as a sunrise tour very nice. Does not always have to be the Nockspitz ;-)
